Dr. Danielle Waldron is an Associate Consultant at Bandelli & Associates. She firmly believes that the ability to change and grow lies within every leader. As a coach and leadership advisor, she works with clients to ensure that they successfully tap into their inner strength, resilience, and core capabilities. Danielle coaches with a straightforward honesty and compassion that allows her to highlight areas of growth for clients in a manner that is accessible and well- received. Additionally, her sense of humility creates space for clients to feel the psychological safety needed to share their goals, dreams, and developmental opportunities. Furthermore, she utilizes a lively sense of humor to promote enjoyment and excitement in the coaching process.

Dr. Waldron was born in Guyana, South America and migrated to the United States when she was an adolescent. Her Caribbean heritage, coupled with her New York upbringing, affords her the ability to work well with different cultures and perspectives. Her interests lie in working with leaders who have concerns in various areas including, but not limited to self-awareness, compassion, emotional intelligence, self-advocacy, and the imposter syndrome. Notably, her coaching style differs from most due to a utilization of both western and non-western strategies to achieve optimal results.

Dr. Waldron earned her both her M.A. and Ph.D. from Adelphi University. She is certified in Indigenous Tools for Living (ITFL). She is a Distinguished Fellow of the New York State Psychological Association (NYPSA) and has served on its executive committee as a member-at- large.
