Sunni Lampasso, Psy.D.

Associate Consultant

Dr. Sunni Lampasso is an Associate Consultant at Bandelli & Associates. Leveraging nearly two decades of clinical experience, she utilizes behavioral science to facilitate leadership development. Her advanced training in behavior analysis serves as the foundation for her approach to helping leaders develop behaviors that promote success. Dr. Lampasso’s coaching experience spans various industries, including financial services, law, construction, technology, and nonprofit. In addition to her extensive clinical experience in various settings, Dr. Lampasso has held leadership roles in nonprofit and for-profit settings. For the past ten years, she has successfully run a private practice specializing in helping clients navigate work challenges and manage transitions. In addition, she taught a variety of graduate-level psychology courses at The College of New Rochelle and has presented on consulting to the American Psychological Association. She also has regular speaking engagements on burnout, resilience, and emotional intelligence.

Dr. Lampasso is actively involved in multiple professional associations and holds leadership positions across various industries. She is the President of the Special Interest Division of the Westchester County Psychological Association (WCPA) and is an Executive Board Member of the Organizational, Consulting and Work Psychology (OCW) division of the New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA). Dr. Lampasso serves as the Director of Engagement and Alliance Development for SHE NC, a nonprofit supporting women’s personal and professional development. She also acts as the Training and Development Lead for Master Networks, an organization comprised of small business leaders. In addition, Dr. Lampasso is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School, a Member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, and an Associate Member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Dr. Lampasso holds a doctorate in psychology (PsyD), is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D). She received her doctorate in psychology from Alliant International University and completed coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at National University. In addition, Dr. Lampasso completed post-graduate training in Executive Coaching through Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and iCoach New York, an ICF-Accredited program. She is a Licensed Psychologist who is certified in multiple assessment tools.
