Natalie’s extensive cross-sector experience includes nonprofit, food manufacturing and eCommerce industries. She has built and led teams in business turn-around, start-up, and high-growth environments. Her expertise in strategic planning, change management, leadership and talent development allows her to support her clients in turning big ideas into tactical execution. Natalie believes in building and empowering learning cultures that foster a sense of tenacity and possibility where all team members can lead and create impact.
