Juliette is Haitian-American and based in New York City, where her experiences were a catalyst for curiosity and study of cross cultural dynamics. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, is a certified Global Competency Practitioner, and is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). These tools underscore her commitment to applying evidence-based practices as groundwork for ongoing growth and sustainability in a rapidly changing global business landscape.
