Dr. Tami France is a Senior Partner at Bandelli & Associates. Tami is a talent management leader with over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, and international human resources. She partners with her clients to elevate self-awareness and maximize their professional success. Tami specializes in one-on-one coaching, team development, strategic planning, and assessment interpretation. She has led teams in various industries including consulting, healthcare, and hospitality and has worked and lived across geographies, including the U.S., China, Europe, and the UAE. Tami is an author, practitioner, and researcher and has had the opportunity to speak and share her research findings globally and through book chapters and journal publications.

Tami enters coaching and development engagements as a trusted thought partner and creates a confidential space for leaders to examine their professional reputation and discuss their most important goals. She engages in coaching conversations to better understand individual strengths, the type of culture they create for their teams, as well as any challenges they are experiencing in their professional environment. She relies on coaching techniques that uncover the focus areas that are most important to her client and supports them in exploring and advancing those goals using a structured coaching and facilitation process. Within the process various data points to elevate strategic self-awareness are leveraged; including assessment insights, 360 feedback, organizational context, leadership strengths, and an understanding of behaviors that could be getting in the way of achieving success.

Tami obtained her Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. She has a Masters Degree in Organization Development and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Tami is accredited by the College of Executive Coaching and is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her published work can be found in the Cross-Cultural and Strategic Management Journal, MGMA Connection Magazine, the Journal of the American College of Radiology, and in the book titled Challenges and Opportunities in Healthcare Leadership: Voices from the Crowd in Today’s Complex and Interprofessional Healthcare Environment.
